Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products being handmade and in some cases custom made, our sales are Final, Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. However, in the event of a manufacturer's defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Any item you believe has a manufacturer’s defect must be in its original unused condition with tags still attached. Returns must be made within ten (10) days of purchase.

To begin a manufacturer’s defect return for refund or exchange, please do the following:
1. Email info@minksters.com with the subject “RETURN.” Describe your concern and state your preference for a refund or an exchange.
2. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for your return. We will provide you an address to send your unused item to.
3. Include in your package, the defective item, a signed copy of the email you sent stating the reason for your return, and the original sales receipt/email.

Return Exclusions
As mentioned above, some items cannot be accepted for return, refund, or exchange.
This includes the following:
Custom orders.
All non-traditional orders.
Merchandise that has been washed, worn, used, or altered.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from any allotted refund amount. Please note that we do not refund any shipping or handling fees that may have been paid on the original order.
