Minky Fabric Weights

Minky fabrics are available in a wide range of patterns and weights. We have found that heavier fabrics seem to cost quite a bit more in the marketplace. The lightest weight fabric is said to be around 200 grams / 7 ounces per linear yard, with the heaviest fabrics weighing in at as much as 700 grams / 25 ounces per linear yard.
